The fine glitter powder is made of a special material that does not change color when working with led/uv lamps and acetone-based materials.
If you want to decorate a porcelain mug for household use and you will wash it often, you can use colorless decoupage glue on porcelain. Apply the glue, sprinkle with glitter powder and let the cup dry for 24 hours. When you are sure that the glue has dried well, apply a protective varnish.
