Materials needed

• Several rolls of crepe paper in different colors
• Scissors
• Several large paper clips
• Colored wire for decoration

How to make them?

1. Start by cutting the paper into pieces in different colors, each measuring 50 by 75 cm. Fold each piece accordion-style, making each fold about 2 to 3 cm wide.
2. Once you fold the paper, clip each accordion in the middle with a paperclip. Arrange them side by side in a row, considering how you want the colors to appear in your flower (e.g., green, pink, purple, yellow. This means the outermost part of the flower will be green, etc.).
3. Using scissors, trim the length of each accordion by about 3 to 5 cm from the previous one. Then, point the ends of each paper, making them resemble the shape of a triangle.
4. Move the clips to the middle of the accordions and carefully cut each fold on both sides, leaving only the center uncut.
5. Start unfolding the accordions and stacking them on top of each other sequentially, from the longest to the shortest. Now fold them all together into one large accordion.
6. Bind the accordion in the middle using colored wire, carefully tightening the pieces to prevent them from falling apart later. Finally, separate each layer of crepe paper and shape it as desired.

5. Fold the tissue paper in half and glue it so that the strips you cut earlier appear doubled.
6. Take the twine, cord, satin ribbon, or any other string you have chosen and fold the cut piece of paper around it. Glue and tape the tissue paper for more solidity.
7. For your decoration to be more functional, each piece should be able to slide easily along the twine, so be careful not to glue the paper parts to it.

How to make them?

1. Take a sheet of colored cardstock size A4. Prepare at least a few different colors; the more colorful, the merrier. Place the paper on the table with the narrow side facing you and start folding it accordion-style, making sure to do it at equal intervals.
2. Once you have folded the entire sheet, fold it in half. Do this with three more sheets of colored cardstock.
3. Now take the first accordion you folded, place it on the table, and glue the top sheet. Place the next accordion on top and carefully press it with your fingers to stick them together. Repeat the procedure, again gluing the top sheet of the accordion and sticking the next one, until you glue all four together.
4. Finally, unfold the resulting multicolored accordion and glue the last two sheets together, and you’re done. One more thing, use a hole punch to make a hole on one side of the sheet and thread a string or colored ribbon of your choice through it.
5. To finish your flower, you can cut two circles from colored cardstock in a contrasting color and glue them with silicone glue on both sides of the flower.
